Located on the previously dormant corner of 4th and Market Streets, Humble Park brings 61 apartments to the LOMA district.

Designed by Digsau, the $16 million development spans three buildings increasing from four to six stories across the site. The building design is sensitive to the historic characteristics in the neighborhood while still being contemporary and attractive for today’s modern renter. The one and two-bedroom apartments feature high-end finishes and modern conveniences like quartz countertops, LVT flooring, stainless steel appliances, and in-unit washer and dryer. Interior units overlook a lightwell in the center of the building providing ample natural light for residents. Humble Park Place boast a fitness center, resident lounge, and co-working space.
