OUR PEOPLE

Sallie Hendricks is the Residential Operations Manager for ResideBPG. She provides support for both senior management and onsite associates within ResideBPG and oversees the reporting for the properties and assists with reviewing monthly financial statements. Additionally, Sallie is responsible for new product roll-outs and new hire onboarding/training as well as overseeing our Affordable Housing property in Downtown Wilmington.

Prior to BPG, Sallie worked as a Leasing Consultant and Assistant Property Manager for both private and public real estate companies. She joined ResideBPG in 2014 in her first Property Manager role.

Sallie graduated from Boston University School of Hospitality Administration and is currently on the Downtown Visions and Main Street boards. She is also a Certified Occupancy Specialist.
