JR Morgan is a Financial Analyst at Buccini Pollin Group. He is responsible for overseeing the operations of parking garages, constructing cash flow analyses, maintaining budgets, assessing rollover exposure, underwriting files, and managing debt across the portfolio. His role involves meticulous financial scrutiny and strategic planning to ensure the optimal performance of BPG’s assets.

JR received a bachelor’s degree in business economics with a minor in business analytics from the Darla Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina.
