As BPG celebrates their 25th anniversary, we asked our associates what the major milestone means to them. Here is what Deborah Wagner, LuxiaSuites Sales and Marketing Associate had to say:
How long have you worked at BPG?
It will be 15 years this October 2018.
What do you feel is the biggest difference between BPG when you first started and BPG today?
When I started in 2003, I was working out of “The Castle” industrial park at a desk behind the Receptionist! Accounting may have had 7 or 8 people. Can you imagine? And now we have a beautiful corporate office, filled with all kinds of associates and new departments…… Growth in the biggest difference. Especially in construction, acquisitions, Market Street and a vast variety of residential options.
What was one of your most meaningful moments at work?
Being introduced to Dave Pollin as “Karl’s Mom.” I cannot help it, I am a proud mother and grandmother.
How has working for BPG made you a better person?
Opportunity, and accepting challenges during my time with BPG. I have a better understanding of how it takes a team to reach a great result. Working at LuxiaSuites has had many changes, and challenges. It has made my job interesting and rewarding. I like what I do!
How do you feel BPG is following their mission and transforming the communities we serve?
Being present and active in the community, making a difference in how the city operates and investing in the city as a whole.
What does BPG’s 25th anniversary mean to you?
Stability, longevity and most of all proud to work for young, open-minded, fearless and energetic owners.
