Megan Wahn of Bon Appétit took a trip down to Wilmington, DE to visit Simmer Down, The Quoin’s basement cocktail lounge. In the issue she discusses the thoughtful finishes that went into creating the unique whimsical atmosphere.
Developed in partnership with Method Co., the boutique hotel features 24-rooms, a 75-seat Fireplace Cafe & Lounge, 155-seat ground floor restaurant, a lower-level cocktail lounge, and Wilmington’s first rooftop bar.
