Sandra Esposito is the Director of Residential Operations South Division for ResideBPG. Her responsibilities include third-party management of the Pettinaro portfolio.

Prior to BPG, Sandra was the Director of Residential for Pettinaro Residential where she managed 12 properties throughout New Castle and Kent County, DE and Cecil County, MD.

Sandra previously held positions on the Executive Board for the Delaware Apartment Association.
