This year, Buccini Pollin Group hosted our 7th Annual BPG Cares School Supply & Hygiene Drive in partnership with ResideBPG and BPG|360! The Items collected directly support City of Wilmington students through the Metropolitan Wilmington Urban League, a non-profit whose mission is to empower people of color to achieve economic self-reliance, parity, power, and civil rights.
Thanks to the generosity of BPG’s associates, residents, and office tenants, the 2024 drive was an overwhelming success. Over 1,000 school supplies and hygiene products, including backpacks, notebooks, folders, pens, pencils, and essential hygiene items, were donated. For students facing economic challenges, having access to basic school supplies and personal care items can greatly impact their success and confidence in the classroom. As the MWUL distributes these items to students in need across the City of Wilmington, the impact on the community will continue to grow.
