BPG Celebrates Associate Appreciation Month

At Buccini Pollin Group, we recognize that our organization is only as successful as our associates. In honor of Associate Appreciation Month in March, we wanted to celebrate the contributions, hard work, and dedication our associates bring to BPG all year long. As a special thanks, the BPG Experience Culture Club planned a series of events to show our appreciation throughout the month!

Coworker Compliments

We created a virtual bulletin board for coworkers to submit anonymous compliments about one another and share words of thanks for all their coworkers contribute to their teams.

St. Patrick’s Day Virtual Bingo

We hosted virtual bingo in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day to test the luck of the Irish amongst our associates. The virtual nature of the game allowed associates from all our offices to participate in the festivities!

March Madness Kickoff Watch Party

In addition to a company-wide bracket challenge for the Men’s & Women’s tournaments, we also hosted a watch party to kickoff the March Madness games complete with freshly popped popcorn and our own basketball shootout game.

Family Feud & Happy Hour

To culminate Associate Appreciation Month, associates participated in a Family Feud-style game for the chance to win an additional PTO day! Teams went head to head in a little friendly competition to answer survey questions about the workplace. After the game, all associates were invited to a happy hour at DECO Food Hall.
