Designed by Gensler, the 26-story Class A building rises over 400 feet and is the first commercial development on the former site of the Pittsburgh Civic Arena and the first multi-tenant office tower in Pittsburgh’s Central Business District in forty years. The FNB Financial Center is LEED Gold certified, anchoring Pennsylvania’s first LEED Gold for Neighborhood Design district.
FNB Financial Center is nearly 550,000 square feet with 400,000+ square feet of Class A office space, 20,000 square feet of retail space, and 2 levels of on-site parking.
